Note: All reservations are conditional and subject to the acceptance of the following terms and conditions: Reservation PoliciesOnce we receive the pre-booking payment of the reservation, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with the information necessary for you to arrive and check-in to the apartment in Barcelona: the exact apartment address, phone number of the Urban Rent Barcelona contact person that will receive you at the apartment. We also ask that you inform us as soon as possible, regarding your arrival time, so that the person in charge of your check-in can accurately meet you at the time of your arrival. The number of people occupying the apartment should not exceed the number indicated on the reservation. If so, Urban Rent Barcelona has the right to automatically cancel your reservation without any refund to the client. All reservations must have a minimum of 2 nights occupancy. Payment PoliciesAt the time of booking, a payment of 20% of the total reservation price must be paid in order to confirm the reservation. This payment can be made either by credit card or bank transfer. Upon arrival to the apartment, you must pay the remaining balance of 80% of the total rate, plus a refundable security deposit and any other additional costs that may pertain to your particular reservation (such as additional cleaning fees, etc).The remaining balance is preferably to be paid in cash upon arrival to the apartment. However, should this be an issue, the client can let us know prior to arrival, via phone, email or on the online booking form, and we can explore other payment options. Payment must be made in cash. However, the security deposit will be returned upon departure provided no damage has occurred to the apartment or due to your actions in the common areas of the building such as stairs, elevators, entrances, etc. Cancellation
In case that we could not provide the client with the apartment reserved, due to any defects in the apartment or unforeseen circumstances, Urban Rent Barcelona will be able to offer customers the chance to rent another apartment of similar characteristics. In this case, if the new apartment offered to the client is not in accordance with the needs of the client, the client can cancel the reservation. In this case, Urban Rent Barcelona will provide 100% of total payment made (in this case 100% of the total pre-booking payment). Once the client checks-in to the apartment, and for any reason a serious defect should occur, we will offer the client another of our luxury apartments with similar characteristics. If the customer does not accept the change, the reservation payment is non refundable at that time. On the other hand, if Urban Rent Barcelona is not able to offer another apartment with the same characteristics, the client has the right to cancel the reservation. In this case, Urban Rent Barcelona will refund you the total amount paid, minus the night/s you have already spent in the apartment along with the cleaning fee. Check-In and Check-Out PoliciesArrival/ Check-In times into the apartment will be from 2pm to 8pm. If the client needs to enter after 8pm, there will be a charge of 20 euros. If the client needs to enter before 2pm, you must request this service when making your reservation. Departure/ Check-out times are until 12pm noon. Should you need a later check-out time, you can also make this request when making the reservation which will be granted based on availability of the apartment. . The customer must leave the apartment in reasonable conditions of cleanliness. BehaviorThe individual signing the contract is responsible for his/her own proper behavior, as well as that of all the individuals accompanying him/her. If this person or any of his/her guests do not behave properly and responsibly, or cause inconvenience to other residents of the building, Urban Rent Barcelona may ask them to leave the apartment immediately, without providing any kind of compensation to the client. You must respect and comply strictly with the quiet times of silence:
During your stayThe apartment will be left to the client in perfect conditions of equipment and cleaning. During your stay, the apartment and all items in it will be your responsibility. If there is any problem during your stay with the apartment, or if you find anything missing or broken, please contact us right away.In case of any emergency, we will provide you with a mobile phone number where you can contact us at any time. DisclaimerNeither, Urban Rent Barcelona or the owner of the apartment is responsible for any direct or indirect damages of the facilities and/or amenities of the apartment rented, which may be incurred as a result of misuse by the client. |
